At Rok Builders, We Are Proud Providers of Non-Settling Custom Log Homes
If you have started any research into your log home dream, then you probably already know that log homes are known to settle as much as 8" - 12" and it begins from the moment the logs are in place. This creates some unique issues when building your log home.
It becomes more difficult and time consuming to integrate systems like electrical, plumbing, doors and windows, as the home is not "square" and fitting all components properly is a major issue.
This requires a bevy of extremely skilled, seasoned professionals specifically experienced in log home construction, which undoubtedly increases your building cost.
